Not For Everyone.

Cross-border tax isn’t a generalist’s game. The people we work with can’t afford to guess on residency, treaty positions, or foreign reporting. If you’re here because something doesn’t feel right in your file, you’re probably in the right place.

What We Do

Any of this sound familiar?

Income in two countries. Tax in two countries. Filed properly, by one firm.

We’re narrow on purpose. Most people who land here aren’t a fit, and we would rather say so now than after you have sent us your documents.

Who

Individuals and the entities underneath them: companies, trusts, holdcos, rentals. We don’t service public companies or private equity groups. Our practice is built for people, not layers of committees.

Where

Canada and the United States. Both sides handled by one firm.

What

It shows up as an athlete earning across six states, a family with a company on one side and a trust on the other, someone selling a vacation property, an executive with US compensation, a dual filer, someone moving in or out of Canada. Different people, same problem.

How we work

You send the whole file, including the parts you would rather not. You let us work out what is actually wrong before we start fixing it. You want the problem gone, not an opinion about it. We’re not here to diagnose in the abstract, we’re here to fix what’s broken.

Fees

Fixed and quoted before any work starts. Cross-border engagements begin at $3,500. We don’t do hourly billing, “quick questions,” or discount returns.
